Alexander notes that the real estate market, especially the Airbnb segment, is experiencing a downturn. “Many apartments that were previously rented out through Airbnb are now up for sale, which is lowering the prices of renovated apartments,” he explains. “But we see this as a temporary phenomenon and expect the market to stabilize in the next 6-8 months.”
