As a former professional tennis player, he couldn’t help but think about what life would be like if he started to dabble in the real estate industry. So he did what anyone with interest in something would do. He began to study and gain valuable knowledge and information on real estate, which led to him taking the test to obtain his real estate broker license. Once he received the license, he began working for a well-known brokerage in New Jersey, providing real estate services to residents in the area.
While he initially started in the industry by working for someone else, he’s now the founder and CEO of Team Blackstar, with numerous accomplishments under his belt. While operating his business for the past seven years, he’s had his name featured on dozens of real estate listings, including Top 30 Under 30 and Top 10 Re/Max Realtors in NJ. In addition, he takes great pride in serving community members while surpassing their expectations to provide an enhanced experience.
“If anyone is proof that you can make a career switch whenever you want to do so, it’s me. While I loved playing tennis and still do, I knew that I wanted something more, and I decided to go for it. If you’re passionate about what you want to do, you can succeed,” shared Pritsker. “Many people ask me how I’ve managed to reach major goals over the years while I’m still relatively new to the real estate industry compared to others. And I explain to them that it’s my passion and determination. I’m passionate about what I do and determined to help my clients. I go through leaps and bounds to make sure my clients feel satisfied with their experience.”
Not only does he care about leaving a lasting impression on clients, but he also feels it’s essential to be there for them. “It feels good knowing that clients choose me to help them with their specific real estate needs. I want them to know I appreciate them, so I make sure I’m available 24/7. It doesn’t matter if it’s early in the morning or late at night. I’m there to answer their calls and help them,” said Pritsker.
