Emerging Mobile Game Developer MW Entertainment Group Steps Up to the Plate with ‘Knuckle Mania’

In light of the recent global pandemic, the mobile gaming industry witnessed a meteoric rise, with projections indicating a 12% compound annual growth rate in 2026. This emerging global industry is certainly on the rise, and many aspiring companies hope to lead the charge in growing the market and rewarding consumers by bringing high-quality content to the table. MW Entertainment Group is one of the emerging powerhouses in the industry, with a slate of four mobile games set to release soon. The company’s debut title, “Knuckle Mania,” is paving the way for a new era in mobile gaming.

MW Entertainment Group is helmed by founder and CEO Matthew Whiteman, an All-American patriot who served his country in the US Army. He was medically retired from active duty service on November 14 and is now a disabled combat veteran who owns his esteemed Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), MW Entertainment Group.

Before emerging in the mobile gaming world, Matthew Whiteman was a screenwriter and wrote for episodic television and feature films while attending 18 months of film school in San Diego at Palomar College. He has always been passionate about telling stories, and his screenwriting stint managed to land him several gigs here and there. Matthew wrote an episodic TV series about professional baseball, one short film, and two feature films.

Unfortunately, his TV series “San Diego Glory” failed to reach a pre-production contract due to the pandemic, despite garnering the attention of Unity Motion Pictures in Vancouver, BC. In March 2020, Matthew Whiteman established MW Entertainment Group to focus his efforts on crafting fun and innovative mobile video games.

“Knuckle Mania” is set to be MW Entertainment Group’s first-ever title. The game brings America’s favorite pastime to mobile screens everywhere, with a firm understanding of what makes games enjoyable for hours. “Knuckle Mania” is a mobile baseball game that is fun, rewarding, and infinitely replayable.

Most mobile game baseball titles these days are bogged down by convoluted game designs that make the thrill of baseball infrequent and fleeting. “Knuckle Mania” is high-octane baseball entertainment without being a chore. The game promises to move away from the traditional designs of most hybrid baseball games these days by offering instant gameplay, an easy-to-use interface, and a snack-sized gaming aspect.

Instead of focusing on the sheer cognitive load that most games require these days, “Knuckle Mania” focuses on what makes a game fun and unforgettable. Currently, the game is at the culmination of its back-end app development phase and will be launching its Beta Testing phase soon in November 2022.

Matthew Whiteman is extremely confident in his vision of bringing the true American spirit through MW Entertainment Group’s premier mobile baseball game. “Knuckle Mania” is made in partnership with big-name mobile game studios such as Red Apple Technologies and Tatum Games LLC, giving the game a certified seal of approval when it comes to fun, interactivity, and, most of all, fair play.

MW Entertainment Group might heavily veer into hyper-casual mobile game design, but Matthew Whiteman still offers screenwriting services under the company and a repertoire of his screenwriting works on top of their mobile games. Ultimately, Matthew envisions MW Entertainment Group covering all the bases regarding full-fledged entertainment, which is why the company offers services across the industry, such as film, television, and mobile gaming.
