Up-and-Coming Artist Tris-X Releases Ten-Track Album Anti-Socially Distant for the Summer

Tris-X is back and better than ever with a new ten-song Album titled Anti-Socially Distant. The young artist from Toronto, Canada, has been on a constant grind since the release of his debut project back in 2016. It is hard to find artists in the modern music scene with as much consistency as Tris-X; this makes him stand out amongst his competition.

Coming off a hot single back in 2020 titled “Keep It Real,” Tris X seems to be building back the momentum with his most recent release, a full length ten-song project to start off the summer. Beginning the project with a song titled “Destiny 2k20,” he gets off to a heavy start, bringing flair and charisma to the project instantly. The project slowly shifts tone throughout but maintains its inner essence.

Having made his first song over ten years ago, the young artist has been developing his sound and working on his craft non-stop. Starting off as a remix artist, he quickly began to step into his own lane and, over time, became a true artist. Art is not about money or fame; it is about seeking self-love and guidance. You can hear that Tris-X has begun to accomplish just this and has taken large leaps from his first song ever made.

This, to me, is the most critical part of any musician’s career. Are they able to break through the stereotypes and grow with every song? An artist who shows growth through every release is one who has a shot at becoming a star, and I see this in Tris-X. His current state is not where he will be in a year from now, and his musical ability is only just beginning to manifest itself within the world.

Anti-Socially Distant by Tris-X is a project for the times, expressing the hardship and memories of the last couple years. The world, having gone through a pandemic, is in much need of a rebirth, and this project displays this. As people slowly become more social again, and the US opens up to travelers, we must not lose sight of the difficult times we all have had over the course of this process. This album will always be remembered as one of Tris-X’s best works to date.

As summer winds up and spring comes to a close, everyone is looking for new artists and music to add to their summer time playlists. Make sure you go give Tris-X a follow on Spotify, and listen to the new album Anti-Socially Distant. If you are a fan of new wave music and you like discovering new talent, add your favorite songs to a playlist and share it with your friends. Music like this is best enjoyed with the people you love, and it needs to be shown to the world. In an industry as overly saturated as the music industry, it can be hard to find new acts worth engaging with. I can confidently tell you, you will not regret it.
