Highly motivated public speaker, corporate executive, and electrifying life coach Michelle J. Edelen is intentionally reshaping the face of excellence through her powerful empowerment approach as a trainer and ministry worker. Helping professionals realize their full potential by strengthening the spiritual aspect of their lives is something she is extremely good at. As a catalyst for change in the past 20 years, she has been actively helping countless people step out of their comfort zones and brave the challenging seasons of life with God on their side.
“My products and services are faith-based, rooted in best practices and are easily applicable to everyday life situations,” Michelle J. Edelen revealed. “They have helped hundreds of women complete the internal work and find their place of excellence. My masterclasses and coaching strategies are easy to follow and understand. They strike a healthy balance between holding the reader unapologetically accountable and being encouraging.”
Mostly, Michelle is motivated to empower others as a result of her personal struggles in the past. She has a full grasp of how discouraging it can be to feel ill-equipped to take on responsibilities, and it is for this same reason why she invests heavily in the lives of others who wish to succeed in life.
“I have experienced imposter syndrome, self-limiting beliefs, and self-doubt. I know how debilitating it can be,” Michelle shared. “I know firsthand how these things can hold you back and keep you from achieving all you know is available to you. I began Excellence In All, LLC to help women understand that they don’t have to be stuck or held hostage by any of these issues. I give them concrete strategies and tools that I know will work. I coach/mentor women to own and activate all the excellence that is inside them. I define excellence as all your God-given abilities, gifts, skills, and talents,” she added.
The next few years will prove to be an exciting season for Michelle J. Edelen as she prepares for retirement from her executive career. It does not mean, however, that she will be slowing down anytime soon as she intends to focus her time and energy on coaching and mentoring people. She also plans to dedicate a portion of her time to ministry so she can help more people draw closer to God. Apart from doing these things that are closest to her heart, Michelle is also looking forward to speaking to bigger audiences full-time. If anything, retiring will give her more freedom to move around and do what she does best.
In this season of her life, Michelle J. Edelen is all about showing others that they, too, can pursue big dreams in life and work smart to make them happen. Just as she has managed to create a healthy balance between her six-figure executive career, ministry, mentoring, and speaking engagements, she is confident that other people can do it as well with her help.
