Amabile shares how the last property he purchased had a single mother with two kids. It wasn’t the most ideal of homes in the beginning. “I bought that home and right away began work on it,” he recalls. “I put on a new roof and laid down new flooring and also made sure that everything else was to code in the house, so it was as safe of a space as possible. My tenant says that she is way less stressed and can live a much happier life now that her living space has been transformed into a place that she loves.”
Today, that mother and her children live in better conditions. Moreover, Matt was able to earn a profit from the project, turning the whole ordeal into a win-win situation. That is one of the many situations Amabile, and his firm has been able to create massive value while serving others in the process. The young investor is looking to connect with investment interested individuals willing to inject capital into double digit return projects.
