Joining their family is the graceful and versatile artist Beccah Long.
Rebeccah Seren Long, best known as Beccah Long, entered the world in Germany. The youngest of three siblings, her father served in the military, allowing her and her family to travel the world at a young age. However, Beccah would spend most of her childhood in Adana, Turkey. Growing up, she developed a passion for entertainment. Like most children, Beccah dreamed of singing, modeling, and acting, and while most would abandon their dreams, she held on with a determination to make it.
Throughout the years, Beccah started working on herself, focusing most of her efforts on music. Her development bore some fruit as she polished her vocal range to be well-rounded. She would later move to the United States to find better opportunities to build her career. Although the music industry was fiercely competitive, Beccah Long marched onward. “I am always eager to overachieve,” she explained, “Even if it means taking a reasonable risk.”
Her determination to get what she wanted eventually led her to a powerhouse independent record label in Nashville called Youngville Agency. Drake Tigges, the company’s CEO, saw the young artist’s potential and did not hesitate to sign the young talent. She signed a max deal that allows her to retain 100% of her royalties and performance revenue. Beccah was in ecstasy to see her childhood dream finally take off the ground. The years of practice have ultimately led her closer to her goals, allowing her to support her daughter and make a living with her voice.
As a musician, Beccah Long’s performances project a strong energy, making people gravitate towards her. A powerhouse on the mic, she also brings versatility to her career with her ability to act and the beauty and build to model. In addition, Beccah’s music reaches out to people who are free-spirited and open-minded. “People who are not afraid to listen to a new story,” Beccah elaborated, “I want people who are seeking help and need the extra push for motivation.” She is confident that her brand of music will reach not only the ears and hearts of the younger generation but also, the older generation.
Apart from her evident passion for music, Beccah does not shy away from her strong spirituality. “I’m a very spiritual person,” she explained, “My lowest points in some people’s eyes were my highest moments.” Looking to spread her positivity, Beccah started a brand called Mind Over Body. She created the brand to help people cope with depression and anxiety, especially as the pandemic continues to loom over everyone’s heads. Mind Over Body is a safe space for Beccah and her fans that she calls “the Diversion.” Additionally, the movement gives her a chance to help people find themselves.
With her music career finally on the move, Beccah Long foresees happiness in her endeavors. “I see myself doing the things I love,” she shared, “I would like to be a powerful mother and overall influence to society through my music.”
